Worms.

Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. EW!

Watch out pedestrians, these guys are everywhere. Every step I take... I'm afraid to maaaakeee. Seriously though, it looks and feels like they are just everywhere. Today's weather is a bit humid, foggy and spitting with rain and apparently spitting with worms too. They are so disgusting.

This is a warning for everyone to look down when they walk and watch out. Even if you were to stop on them or cut (for a science experiment) they are still alive - wiggling and twitching.. even if you were to cut them in 4 bits. I can't. I can't blog anymore about this subject. So gross. Just be careful, promise?

This morning I woke up at 6:30 am and forced myself to continue with my abdomen and oblique morning routine - today's focus was on abdomen. 250 assisted crunches and 50 ankle touches.
My goal for today is to walk at least 30 minutes (while the boss is in a meeting - and hopefully I won't be needed) plus weights for legs (using the machines) at the gym. PLUS an additional 30 minute cardio session on the treadmill. I'm going to attempt running - speed walking - running - speed walking, etc. Alternating between the two.

Wish me luck!
Also - it's Tuesday - you know what that means? No time to breathe or eat. I'll make today my first fasting day of the week.
PS: because I had cheese yesterday in my salad I kind of, sort of continued to cheat - a few glasses of wine and my dinner was not only a gross combination of eggs, arugula and spinach (with salsa) but also melted tex mex cheese on whole wheat rounds and topped it off with salsa and plain yogurt. C'mon, that wasn't THAT bad for me. The worst thing would be what, the cheese? Anywho - I better feed my stomach some water as it won't stop rumbling. I'll blog again shortly. Stay tuned (and this time I mean it)

Updates and Basil, Cilantro, Garlic Bread

I realize I haven't blogged in quite some time. Here's some updates since my last blog: - I moved - It wasn't my choice but it had to be done. The lady that owned our condo wanted us to buy it or leave. So we left (there were way too many things to be fixed and wasn't worth our time, energy and money). Now I live in the basement of my mother in law's home with my boyfriend, Jack. - I no longer consume animals or animal by products. I'm 90% vegan and I say 90 % because I cannot consume vegan cheese. Has anyone ever tried it? IT'S LEGIT THE SCUM OF THE EARTH. I eat cheddar cheese (only) once, twice or three times a month. So let's get down to business, to the reason why I made you come to this entry on my blog. The main way I cook in this basement is with my slow cooker. I came across a recipe on Pinterest for Vegan basil pesto bread which obviously sounds delicious. *Word to the non - vegans, pesto contains parmesan. There was a recipe to make vegan

I really hope I can hold onto this

Monday, July 31st, 2017 is my time to SHINE! I'm committing myself to a major change and I think I'm ready for it. Social calendar is cancelled which means less expenses and no drinking. Time to take a big breath and continue on... I'll be starting Focus T25 (I love my Shaun T workouts). 5:45 am every morning (hopefully) I'll be rolling out of bed - yes I'm gross - I'm going to sleep in my workout gear - grab my water and tie up my runners and popping that DVD in. I re-reviewed the Nutrition Guide and I absolutely love when shit is written out for me and I don't have to think twice about a recipe or what I'm going to eat. There are a number of options which is AWESOME so I can pick what I want, and sadly (for Jack) prep for breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner. Ultimately I want to work out in the morning and do minor cardio after work. But who's to say this will all happen - I'm just baby steppin' so far. My #1 GOAL is to STICK with

Boxing!!

Do you ever get so ticked off you just want to punch something? Me too. All the damn time. Sometimes I'll even punch the wall.. no, not smart at all but it happens. A friend has been going to Boxing lessons for about a month now (I think) and I always wanted to join but I'm extremely terrified - I'm mostly afraid my form will be incorrect and it will be a one on one experience. Other than that, I'm absolutely pumped! I really hope I enjoy myself because I hear boxing is an INSANE WORKOUT. There's been a Groupon for this place since forever, I always saw it being recommended to me on my account and I figure - about time. I better get my ass in gear! If I learn the proper form and enjoy it, I'm 100 % sure I'm going to get a dummy or a punching bag and start punching when I'm angry. I already checked out prices - expensive - of course for the good quality and cheap for crappy bags that will break in no time. I hope it's all upper body though and n
